Warranty Policy
1. Overview
All Tuuls-branded electronic products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, beginning from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal use.
To be eligible for coverage, your product must be registered within 30 days of delivery. Warranty claims will not be processed without valid registration.
2. What’s Covered
This warranty applies to the following scenarios:
- Product stops functioning properly under normal use within 1 year
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Electrical or performance malfunctions not caused by misuse
Applies to all current and future Tuuls electronics, including but not limited to:
- electric toothbrushes
- Charging bases or adapters
- Electronic wellness or skincare tools
3. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, fading)
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, drops, or improper storage
- Water damage beyond stated IP rating
- Accessories, brush heads, consumables, or cosmetic items
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Lost or stolen items
4. How to Make a Claim
To file a warranty claim, you must:

Have registered your product within 30 days of delivery via our Warranty Registration page

- Your registered name & email
- Order number
- Description of the issue

Photos or video (if applicable)
Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days. If approved, Tuuls will offer:
- A replacement of the same or equivalent item (subject to availability)

No cash refunds will be provided under warranty coverage
5. Limitations
This warranty is valid for one replacement per product and is non-transferable. Coverage only applies to the original purchaser. Tuuls reserves the right to refuse claims that do not meet the criteria or show evidence of abuse or neglect.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under your local laws which vary by country or region.
